Ok so I KOEO and while the fuel pump is priming it jumps to around 47-50psi. Once it stops priming it falls to 40psi. While cranking it ranges from 37-40 psi. While running when i do get it to start is around 40psi. With the fpr vac line off fp jump to between 47-50 psi.

Is this okay? I have a severe hard starting issue. Most times we can't get the car to start and after trying three or four times we get back fire thorugh the intake.

Tried plugging in another ICm and it didn't make a difference. Gonna start checking the other stuff listed on your hard start diag.
